On the Verge...

So today's photo a day challenge is "stranger". That's hard! On a normal day, I would be able to have my phone out and sneak a picture while we were running errands and stuff. But today is Saturday and not any old Saturday. A Saturday filled with friends. At a birthday party this afternoon, Abram met a very cute Maltese named Dude that I tried to get a picture of, but it proved to be difficult. Mostly because I was trying to make sure that Abram was being gentle and wasn't going to get his first dog-nibble because he wasn't. Tonight we are having dinner with some friends we haven't seen in awhile. So they aren't strangers... What am I going to do!? I can't fail! We'll see if I come up with some creative interpretation of "stranger" by the time I head to bed tonight.

I found this blog/idea/project on pinterest. I guess she did it in January and today was the start of a February one. I take pictures, but not every day. And I want to take more. So this will be my motivation! Today's "challenge" was Your View Today . Well, this is my view almost all the time, every day. It's a pretty good one :) I love the little scar on his lip that he got in Phoenix (story here ). It's crazy that it will be there for the rest of his life and he got it when he was only 11 months old. There won't be a Febphotoaday post everyday, but I hope to share some of the pictures with you throughout the month. If you want to see it every day, follow me on twitter (@anaka_smith).
